Return & Refund Policy

It is important that when you make the cancellation you consider all the products or services of the same order that you want to return. In case you request a second return of the same order DIGITIZE IT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to accept or reject the second request.
EXCHANGE POLICY
DIGITIZE IT SOLUTIONS does not admit service changes. If you wish to change a service, you must return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to receive a refund for a cancellation if the cancellation is made according to our cancellation policy. The refund of the purchase will be by deposit of the amount to your bank account.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
To cancel a service, please follow these instructions:
Contact our customer service team to begin the process of your cancellation. They will let you know if your request is authorized according to our cancellation policy.
If your request is authorized, we will schedule your refund.
Before calling our customer service line, please make sure you have the following information at hand:
Order number.
Date of order.
Pick-up address.
Telephone number.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
Since we always try to process orders as quickly as possible, you can only cancel an order by calling our customer service shortly after placing it.
